This page is dedicated to the greatest Mom/Friend…a guy could have. I know that Norman Bates may disagree with me…as everyone feels this way about their mothers….but I know the truth. And the truth is…that I am right on this one.
And I have to admit that if it wasn’t for my mom…I probably wouldn’t be here today. Seriously…if she had not given birth to me, I wouldn’t be here. Scary thought isn’t it?
But I also have to admit that my mom is the driving force behind any success that I have had. Kinda wish she had helped me become a millionaire instead of a sarcastic wanna-be writer with a mild sense of humor, but hey…we can’t win them all.
There are many many things I love about my mom, but my favorite is that she is always there for me. No matter what, she loves me unconditionally and will always do whatever she can to help me be the best me that I can be. Kinda like having my own little US Army backing me up all the time.
One of the coolest things about my mom, is that at the age of 70, she honestly knows more about certain aspects of computers, i-Phones, etc. than I do. She would disagree on this matter, since I work on computers every day of my life, but she really is very good when it comes to these things. And fortunately for me, she is on the internet a lot and finds some really cool, funny, interesting items out there and emails them to me to keep me amused, informed and generally entertained.
A few years back, Justin Halpern started a twitter feed called $h*! My Dad Says, and has had tremendous success because of it. I joked back then saying that I needed to do the same thing, only instead it would be called $h*! My Mom Says because she could come up with some doozies that I would love to share with the world. But, since I didn’t want to go through the hassle of a legal battle for copyright infringement, I decided I better not.
A few years have now passed since Justin’s success, and I have decided to take a completely different approach so no-one will recognize the blatant similarities. I have accumulated quite a collection of items, articles, cartoons, pictures, etc. that my mom has emailed me (with new ones coming every day)…so I now present you with…
